Your place is confirmed once we have received your payment. You then get a confirmation e-mail with your payment receipt: keep it with you for the weekend. Your pass is in the name you register with.

We are committed to a respectful, safe, and inclusive dance environment, for every dancer, whatever their level, age, origin or role.
If something makes you uncomfortable, speak to an organiser during the event or write to contact@palladiumweekender.com. The organisers may ask anyone who does not respect these rules to leave the event.
Your name, e-mail address, phone number, country and city, how you dance and your level, the pass you chose and what you would like to explore. When you pay, the payment date, the amount and your receipt.
Only for your registration, to check your payment, and to send you information about the event. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Until the accounting for the event is closed. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Under Moroccan law 09-08, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to contact@palladiumweekender.com.

They may be used for promotional contents: on this website, on our social media, and to promote future editions of The Palladium Weekender.
If you would like a photo or video of you not to be used, write to contact@palladiumweekender.com and we will remove it.
