Privacy
What we collect when you register, why, and what you can ask us.
What we collect
When you register we keep your name, e-mail address, phone number, country and city, how you dance and your level, the pass you chose, and any message you write to us. When you pay, we keep the payment date, the amount and the receipt of your payment.
Why
Only to manage your registration: check your payment, send you your confirmation and receipt, organise the rooms and contact you about the weekend. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Who can see them
Only the organisers of The Palladium Weekender, through a password-protected back office. Our e-mails are sent through our mail provider.
How long
We keep registrations until the accounting for the event is closed, then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to contact@palladiumweekender.com.
Your account
When you register you create a participant space protected by your password, which we store only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back. You can change it at any time in your space, and ask us to delete the account.

The public site uses no tracking and no advertising cookies. Technical cookies keep you signed in to your participant space, and the organisers to their back office. The venue maps on the home page are shown by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
